Bella Freud is a storyteller who uses style as her vehicle. Controversy and innovation are hardwired into her DNA; The artistic trailblazing of her father, the artist Lucian, the Psychoanalytic pioneering of her great grandfather Sigmund Freud are subtly woven through her work. Bella was born in London and studied fashion in Rome. Upon her return to London she worked closely with Vivienne Westwood during the set up of the post punk label. Bella is globally known for her instantly recognisable knitwear.

BELLA FREUD SIGNATURE CANDLE - This Incense Wood & Oud fragrance is dry and warm. Bella Freud's Signature candle is richly scented with Moroccan smoked incense, layered with notes of Cedarwood and rich resins of Amber and Myrrh.

LOVE IS THE DRUG - A heady cocktail of Maraschino Cherry, Violet and Musk. The sweetness of addiction when Love is the drug. 400G - 90 hour burning time.

1970 - This Black Musk and Patchouli steeped fragrance is inspired by the incense-heavy scents of the era. The rich ingredients of Frankincense, Myrrh, Oakmoss and Patchouli oils based at the heart of the scent are supported by the longevity of Musk, Sandalwood and Vetiver adding a luxurious intensity. 

PSYCHOANALYSIS CANDLE - Top notes of refreshing Neroli and Lilac Flowers with a heart based around Tobacco Flower and Amber rest on a dry woody accord of Cedarwood.

ART - 'Art' is a composition based around the scent captured in the artists studio - oil paint, old wood, paint brushes, with the fragrance of fresh Lilacs in the corner. Top notes of Palmarosa with a heart of Guiacwood, Cedar and Lilacs support a rich intense base of Musk and Labdanum.

LION CANDLE - A fiery fragrance with notes of Poivre and Cedarwood. Infused with sharp Cedarwood and spicy Poivre, this candle has a refreshingly fiery scent. A touch of Star Anise and Nutmeg add subtle sweetness, and base notes of Vetiver, Oakmoss and Amber leave a warm, long-lasting fragrance.

FAIRYTALE OF NEW YORK - Fairytale of New York is the ultimate punk rock love song, written by Shane MacGowan, the wild genius of rock and roll. Its harsh and poetic tenderness is charged with romantic feeling and is the inspiration behind this captivating smell. Top notes of Blood Orange and Coriander are evoked by a heart of Mimosa and Saffron with a veil of smoky Tobacco Flower. The strength and beat of the base contains rich notes of Oud, Myrrh resins, Patchouli, Musk and Amber oils.

ALL CANDLES - Hand poured natural soy wax. Burning time 40 hours. 190g.
